CPW received two distinctions at the Energy Mastering Awards 2022 and more specifically the gold in the Energy Monitoring Technologies category
and the bronze in the Energy Efficiency category, confirming that the direction we are following is the right one. The award ceremony was conducted on Wednesday 16th of February 2022 at the Radisson Blu Park Hotel.
Energy Mastering Awards evaluates and distinguishes the good practices of companies & organizations in issues of energy efficiency, energy saving and sustainability.
Corinth Pipeworks with consistency in the program to reduce carbon footprint, implements specific interventions and investments in its production lines in recent years, in order to continuously reduce energy consumption.
In 2021, CPW completed the installation of energy meters as well as specialized software (PME of Schneider Electric) for monitoring energy consumption and power quality characteristics.
At the same time, in high-energy consuming machines, automation interventions applied to reduce idle energy consumption and to optimize the degree of efficiency.
Actions for more efficient production with a smaller carbon footprint continue at the same pace this year.
