ONS is one of the leading energy industry conferences in the world. ONS 2016 attracted 1,241 exhibitors from 40 countries, signaling a bright future and extensive business opportunities in the energy industry.
“The attendance of 65,718 visitors shows optimism in the industry and confirms that ONS is a key meeting place for fostering new business in a time of transition,” says President and CEO of ONS, Leif Johan Sevland.
CPW was present at the exhibition, having recently successfully installed the Wintershall, Maria project in the Norwegian Sea. The proximity of the project and the details of its implementation attracted the interest of many visitors.
CPW is the first pipe manufacturer in the world to offer ultra-long pipes (up to 24mtr compared to previously used 12mtr) for reeling purposes which can result in a considerable reduction in project CAPEX.
